Abstract

The article focuses on the training of teachers who work in professional learning courses, understood as a component of comprehensive training. It takes as a reference a qualitative approach research that aims to understand the training of teachers to work in professional learning courses, carried out with the participation of teachers of these courses through responses to a questionnaire made available on google forms. The organized and categorized responses indicate that teacher training comes from the professional practice of teachers themselves and their teachers, from studies carried out by them. The article summarizes the historical configuration of this training that takes place in an emergency and unsystematic way without constituting a degree course. It highlights in the research results that this training remains on the sidelines in the educational system and that it tends to be linked to training in the conception of technical rationality.
