Abstract

The Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) maintains a program
called “Pedagogical Residency”, which aims to insert undergraduates in public schools to get acquainted with the school environment and start their teaching regency process. Considering that educational processes are increasingly using technology and that students and teachers make constant use of digital means of information and communication, the present research aimed to reflect on the interaction process of the members of the Pedagogical Residency program at Universidade do Oeste Paulista (Unoeste) in the virtual environment
“Aprender” and in social networks. We used the qualitative methodology and action research. The results showed that the virtual training environments provided an exchange of experiences among the program team, making learning collaborative and meaningful, and providing visibility of the whole course.
