China Y El Sur Global Hacia Una Comunidad de Futuro Compartido

El fenómeno de la multipolaridad, que ofrece una oportunidad histórica de desarrollo económico y social al Sur Global, se explica por la filosofía y principios que informan la política internacional de China. En esencia, su política exterior se orienta a superar el sistema unipolar hasta hace poco dominado por Estados Unidos, cuya supremacía le permitió activa y vigorosamente condicionar e impedir el potencial de desarrollo del Sur Global, empezando por América Latina en el siglo XIX, y cuya nefasta injerencia se expandió por todo el planeta abarcando África y Asia, e incluyendo la misma China en el siglo XX. El desafío de construir un mundo multipolar que China ofrece a la humanidad se viabiliza por su vertiginoso crecimiento económico y tecnológico, resultado combinado de la Revolución Socialista de 1949 y la reforma económica de 1978. Pero sobre todo por la beneficiosa relación de China con Asia, África y América Latina con resultados tanto tangibles como inéditos
