Abstract

The work is part of an effort to problematize the absence of Afro-Brazilian Integrative Health Practices in the Federal District. It investigated which racial relations are at play in the intertwining of racism and epistemicide in the implementation of the Policy on Integrative Health Practices of Federal District. From a decolonial perspective, we analyzed the distribution of Integrative Practices in health services, and how the policy suggests the idea of being, power and
knowledge organized by coloniality. Finally, we addressed the need for interaction with the National Comprehensive Health Policy for the Black Population in order to implement the anti-racist District Policy on Integrative Health Practices.
