Abstract

This work aims to identify possible forms of precariousness and flexibility in work relationships, through organizational narratives that use the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Considering labor relations in a neoliberal logic, the Annual Report of Americanas S.A. (2021) was analyzed, which uses SDG number 8: “Decent work and economic growth”. This exploratory and qualitative research points out that organizational narratives invest in the use of socially engaged discourses with the purpose of reproducing the logic of precariousness and flexibility of work.
