Abstract

The purpose of this interview was to present the main aspects that involve tourism education and scientific production in tourism from the experience and opinions of the Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Hospitality and Tourism at the Federal University of Pernambuco (PPHTur/UFPE) and Scientific Director of the National Association for Research and Graduate Studies in Tourism (ANPTUR), Professor Sérgio Rodrigues Leal. The interview described below was carried out remotely and held in May 2022.
