Abstract

Based on the discussion about planning and public management in the dispute between capital and labor, this article aims to problematize the political orientation expressed by the Government Plan, presented by Jair Bolsonaro to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) in 2018, and the Presidential Message of the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) 2020-2023. Through documentary research combined with bibliographic research in the tradition of political economy critique, it sought to situate Bolsonaro's political project in the social-economic conjuncture marked by ultraneoliberalism, characterized by the cooling of social policies, privatization of public services, and financialization of capital. Through the reflections reached, it can be concluded that the Bolsonaro political project reflects the ultraneoliberal logic, indispensable to the maintenance of capitalist production.
