ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES SOBRE LA DEUDA PÚBLICA Y LAS POLITICAS SOCIALES: sobre el caso argentino y lós Kirchner

Resumo

El texto hace una crítica respecto a los gobiernos de Néstor y Cristina Kirchner, quienes reivindicaron y reivindican haber desarrollado una política opuesta al neoliberalismo. No es verdad. Constata que algunas medidas económicas se presentan bajo tal apariencia para asegurar la continuidad de una misma orientación económica en los términos que contemplan intereses del gran capital financiero. Ilustra esta tesis al analizar la política de los Kirchner con relación a la deuda pública y sus vínculos con la llamada política social. Por fin es una contribución para caracterizar adecuadamente a los gobiernos argentinos de la última década.Palabras-clave: Políticas sociales, deuda pública, economía política.SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON PUBLIC DEBT AND SOCIAL POLICIES: about the Argentinean case and theKirchnersAbstract: The governments of Nestor and Cristina Kirchner have vindicated and vindicate the development of a policy opposite to neoliberalism. It is not true. When some economical measures are presented with such appearance it is to assure the continuity of the same economical orientation in terms which envisage the interests of the great financial capital. In this text this thesis is illustrated by the analysis of the Kirchner’s policies about public debt and its links with the so-called social policy. It is a contribution to characterize adequately the Argentinean governments of the last decade.Key words: Social policies, public debt, political economics.
