Ontology and sovereignty: reflections on Agamben and Negri

The article investigates the correlations between the concept of potency and the Law. For this, it uses the thinking of Agamben and Negri as a landmark. Throughout the text, there is an innovative approach between the concept of multitude, justice and desire. In the end, the crisis of democracy, linked to the domination of power over potency and the capture of Law by the State, is explicit.
