VIVA A FAVELA A liberdade, o sujeito e as formas de ação política no campo midiático57

Résumé

RESUMO: Nos últimos anos, com a realização dos Fóruns e Prêmios de Mídia Livre do Ministério da Cultura, o termo “mídia livre” tem sido muito utilizado para caracterizar formas de ação política no campo midiático. Diante disso, o trabalho reflete sobre o sentido que a liberdade adquire em uma iniciativa que se reconhece como “mídia livre”: o Projeto Viva Favela. Em primeiro lugar, é apresentado o estudo que originou este trabalho e, em seguida, a partir das contribuições de Michel Foucault, reflete-se sobre como a liberdade aparece na iniciativa pesquisada. Refletir sobre a liberdade é uma maneira de problematizar os processos utilizados pelos sujeitos que atuam nas “mídias livres” para se constituir e pensar sua atuação.

ABSTRACT: In recent years, with the completion of the Forums and “Mídia Livre” Awards of the “Ministério da Cultura”, the term “mídia livre” has long been used to characterize forms of political action in the media field. Thus, the work reflects on the sense that freedom takes on an initiative that recognizes itself as “mídia livre”: “Viva Favela” Project. Firstly, it is presented the study that originated this work and then from the contributions of Michel Foucault, reflects on how freedom appears in the initiative researched. Reflecting on freedom is a way to problematize the processes used by the subjects participating in the “mídia livre” to be constitute and think about his performance.
