TENSÕES NARRATIVAS NA COBERTURA DE POLÍTICAS PUBLICAS

Resumen

RESUMO: A premissa que deve orientar a cobertura de políticas públicas é que os direitos humanos e de cidadania devem ser garantidos a todos os cidadãos. Apesar disso, a reportagem analisada, com base na narratologia, sugere muitos sentidos, tais como: é através do sofrimento que o ser humano aprende a ser bom e caridoso; são pobres, mas são felizes. O
estilo poético e a linguagem mística suavizam o ambiente de miséria e sugerem uma valorização da “cultura de sobrevivência”, que compensa a falta de políticas públicas.

ABSTRACT: The premise that must guide the covering of public politics is that the human rights and of citizenship must be guaranteed to all the citizens. Although this, the analyzed news article, on the basis of the narratology, suggests many directions, such as: it is through the suffering that the human being learns to be good and merciful; they are poor, but they are happy. The poetical style and the mystic language relativist the misery environment and suggest a valuation of the “culture of survival”, that it compensates the lack of public politics.
