A HABILIDADE COMUNICACIONAL NO CONTEXTO DE UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO

Resumo

RESUMO: Neste trabalho temos o propósito de explicar como a comunicação é importante na atuação de um gestor em uma Organização. A partir disso, buscamos entender como a falta dessa comunicação pode afetar as relações de trabalho e a liderança que esse gerente deve possuir para se relacionar com seus funcionários e colaboradores. Por fim, destacamos como o ato de se comunicar faz parte das competências de um gestor eficaz, visto que ao se comunicar esse recebe respostas e envia informações que são necessárias ao funcionamento da Organização.

ABSTRACT: In this work we have the purpose of explaining how communication is important in the role of a manager in an organization. From this, we seek to understand how the absence of such communication can affect working relationships and leadership that the manager should have to relate to his employees and collaborators. Finally, we highlight as the act of communicating is part of the skills of an effective manager, as long as they communicates he will be answered and will send information that is necessary for the functioning of the Organization.
