COMUNICAÇÃO INTERNA EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO PÚBLICA: O CASO DO INCRA

Resumo

RESUMO - A comunicação interna numa instituição pública federal, na maioria dos casos,não é vista como instrumento de gestão. Por isso, ela dificilmente encontra-se normatizada,incorporada ao conjunto da definição de metas, estratégias e objetivos dos órgãos públicos. Contribui para essa afirmação a realidade da Assessoria de Comunicação do Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária – INCRA no Maranhão aqui apresentada. Sugere-se o modelo de Comunicação Organizacional Integrada da autora Margarida Kunsch como proposta para melhoria das atividades de comunicação interna da Autarquia.

ABSTRACT - Internal communication in a public federal institution, in most of the cases, is not regarded as a management resource. Thus, it rarely is standardised and included in the set of goals, strategies, and objectives of public institutions. This is confirmed by the reality of the internal communication of the National Institute for Colonisation and Land Redistribution of Brazil (Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária - INCRA) headquartered in Maranhão State. Is suggested the communication model proposed by Margarida Kunsch (Comunicação Organizacional Integrada) as a possible way for improvement of the internal communication of the aforementioned institution.
